Configure issues since 2 days ago...

Something in this set of updates:

    http://open.cdash.org/viewUpdate.php?buildid=3365431

(likely the python related commit) has caused configure errors
(preventing build and test) on several nightly dashboards with python
enabled and various versions of CMake/CTest driving the dashboards...

Is one of you guys who made these commits taking a look?

I take back the "with python enabled" part -- this happens for me
*without* enabling python...... so perhaps the new changes need to be
made conditional on python being enabled.

Yeah, that makes more sense (had just seen the one in my inbox before).
Was thinking "if they had python...why is it not finding it now?".

I think we need reverse dependencies as well to turn back off modules
which depend on those which cannot be enabled, but that's a bigger
problem.
